Primo Management Group Review

Primo Management Group is one of the many timeshare relief companies that can help you exit your timeshare. The company is based in Orlando, FL and has been in business since 2015.

Primo Management Group Reviews

The Primo Management Group reviews on the BBB, Glassdoor, Facebook and Yelp are all very positive. The BBB rates them with an A and there are 99 positive reviews with 0 complaints on their page as of 4/24/18. Very impressive. Most companies with this many reviews usually have at least 1 complaint, but Primo Management Group has none.

Primo Management Group charges an up-front fee, and that can be a red-flag in the timeshare industry. While many industries charge an up-front fee, it is generally looked down upon in the timeshare resale and exit industry because there are many scams. When you pay a company up-front, there is no guarantee that the company will ever refund your money if they don’t do what they said they were going to do, even if they have a “100% money back guarantee.” For example, Primo Management Group could get sued by a resort and go out of business. What would happen to your money then? Do you think you’d get your money back if they’re facing hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees?

With that being said, it is difficult to ignore the high number of positive reviews this company has acquired across the Internet. It would be extremely difficult for a company to fake 100s of reviews. In addition to the 99 positive reviews on the BBB, this company also has 138 positive reviews on Google as of 4/24/18. We live in an age where online reviews cannot always be trusted, but it’s highly unlikely that all of these reviews are fake.

Primo Management Group reviews could benefit with the addition of video reviews from their customers. Video reviews are the most legitimate form of review because paid actors must be disclosed as paid actors. For example, if a video review has an actor in it praising the company’s services, there would need to be a disclosure in some form that informs consumers that the video review is being provided by a paid actor. If this disclosure is not present, it is a criminal crime in the USA and the employees at the company hosting the fake review could face jail time. The same is true for online reviews, but this is rarely enforced.

Primo Management Group Cost & Fees

No surprise here. Primo Management Group does not disclose the cost of its services online. Each timeshare exit situation is different, so this makes sense. If you still owe a mortgage on the timeshare, your cost for their services is likely going to be different from someone else who does not owe a mortgage. Timeshare exiting can be a customized service, so it is understandable why Primo Management Group would not disclose its costs online.
